Tamplier Residence & SPA
The luxurious Tamplier Residence & SPA comprises of 42 apartments with extensive facilities designed to provide its visitors luxury, relaxing atmosphere and escape from the big city. Tamplier Residence & SPA promises to be a sound investment for many years to come.
The Hotel is located in immediate proximity of the gondola lift station and Hotel Grand Arena. The majority of apartments will have views either south towards the Pirin National Park and the ski runs in the Pirin mountains or north towards Bansko old town.
Construction works are scheduled to start in September or October 2006. Allowing enough buffers for unforeseen events, the building should be completed by October or November 2007.

Each apartment and bathroom will be fully furnished. The living-rooms and bedrooms will be carpeted and the bathrooms fully tiled. There is central heating as well as centralized hot water with individual meters in each apartment. Windows will be double glazed with PVC frames and irrespective of their size, all the apartments will have a terrace or balcony at the bedroom or living room.
